I met Meghann and Stephen at Fort Edmonton Park which is where these two first met. While Meghann was wearing her costume cooking in the kitchen of the house she was stationed Stephen walked in and layed eyes on his future misses. He saw her in that shapeless smock and knew she was the one, haha. These two have the best sense of humor and are so damn sweet together. Can't wait to shoot your wedding!!
When your babe of a cousin comes to town and asks you to take some shots with her boyfriend, you say 'yes please'. Always love getting to take her photo!
Jordyn and Dave wanted to do their engagement session at his old family farm. A place that holds so many memories of childhood and now with his love. Such a beautiful place with amazing backdrops. Another really sweet note is that Dave proposed to Jordyn with his Grandmas's ring, how incredibly romantic is that! I can't wait until this summer to capture the big day.
Marta and Trevor have been married for a little over 4 years and you can tell that they are still just as in love as the day they were married. One of the best parts of being a photographer is that you get to see people in a personal and intimate place. Capturing love glances, secret smiles & roaring laughter. These two are amazing! We went to a tobogganing hill and had a lot of fun with their session. Marta brought some tea to sip with those cute mugs, which were a great touch! Plus their two fur babies made an appearance and even went on the toboggan. Thank you so much for letting me take your photos M & T!!
Heather & Adam had arranged for us to shoot their engagement session at the Mill Creek nursery. We had the whole place to our self's, it was very private and romance was obviously in the air. They practically sizzled through out their session. I can't wait to take their wedding photos!! I usually try keep engagement sessions around 20 images but I seriously couldn't stop editing they were so good. It would be a shame to not share them. These two have such chemistry.
If you have been following Rockwood you will definitely recognize some of these wonderful beautiful faces. I have been fortunate enough to be taking some of their photos since I became a photographer, they have stuck with me from the beginning. Even when I didn't know what I was doing, purposely shooting in the middle of the day with no clouds and still on auto (gasp). Thank for always coming back and trusting me!
They have wanted to get a big family session done for quite a while and we finally all found a date that worked for all of us. The rain threatened to destroy this plan but thankfully it cleared up for a few hours and we were able to capture them. So much love, strength and commitment in this family. You were amazing as usual!!!! Enjoy.
